Q: Can I have a sample order first?
A: Yes, we welcome the sample order to test and check quality, mixed samples are acceptable.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: The sample needs 3-7 days, mass production time needs 2-4 weeks according to the order quantity and specific requirements.
Q: Do you have any MOQ for the order?
A: Low MOQ, it's according to the different products and colours.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually shipping by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes about 3-10 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q: How to place an order?
A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly, customer confirms the sample and places deposit for a formal order. Fourthly, we arrange the production task and then send the goods to customer.
Q: Is it ok to print a logo on the products?
A: Yes, of course. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our design layout.
Q: What format of the artwork do you need for customized design?
A: JPG, AI, CDR, PDF and ESP, etc. are all ok.
Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.5%. Secondly, during the trial order period, we can send the new sample to you for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you, or we can discuss the solution including recall according to real situation.
Q: Which payment method do you accept?
A: For small orders, we accept PayPal or online payment method. For big orders, we accept T/T, L/C, bank transfer, etc. (30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery).
Q. Do you offer customization services?
Yes, we can offer customization services for all customers, including customize colours, logos, designs, packaging boxes, and surface finishes, etc. Our experienced team can help you to create your own branded drinkware products.
Q. What are the key features of your products?
All of our stainless steel tumblers are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel and features advanced double-wall vacuum insulation technology, can keep drinks hot for 6–12 hours and cold for 12–24 hours. Our tumblers are leak-proof, durable, eco-friendly, and ideal for office, outdoor, sports, or gifting, etc.
Q. How do you ensure the product quality?
We have a strict QC team in place from raw materials to final shipment. All products comply with international food-contact standards, such as FDA or LFGB, and we can provide third-party inspection reports (SGS, BV, etc.).
Q: How many colors are available?
A: We can provide customized colour service, almost all colours can be done. We can also customize the colours according to the Pantone number, and MOQ is very low.
